We were born to simplify one of the most bureaucratic markets. We were the first company in Brazil to create a 100% digital experience for renting a property, from the search to the contract signature—allowing rentals without a guarantor, surety bond, or security deposit, starting in 2015.
Today, we are the main housing ecosystem in Latin America. We operate the entire ecosystem: from property discovery, through the financial transaction (rent or purchase), credit analysis with AI, to digital signing and contract management.

Engineer with a stint at MIT, and at QuintoAndar for +10 years, Zé has been a key piece in engineering scale. Currently, he leads Search and Conversational Experiences teams, building the next generation of chatbots and AI Agents based on LLMs.
