Diversity and Inclusion
One of the pillars as a company is to ensure the construction and development of a diverse, plural and safe environment for everyone. Regardless of the position occupied, every person in Grupo QuintoAndar must be concerned about being inclusive.

In 18 months,
we increased the representation of black people in our team from 12% to 31% (this number is on our priority radar).

Target Audience
In 2022, our target audience and our inclusion strategy are people with disabilities and trans people. We understand that everyone needs an opportunity and historically these people are the most excluded from the market.
It’s already cultural
Our internal research shows that around 80% of our team strongly share our views on the importance of the topic.
Pluralized construction
We have affinity groups focused on discussing gender equality, racial equality, inclusion of the LGBTQIAP+ community and people with disabilities, as well as a group that mobilizes social impact actions for low-income people.
Collective construction
Members of affinity groups are invited to contribute to strategic discussions and, autonomously, promote recurring meetings to raise demands that need attention, in addition to working together with the D&I team to think about educational actions and offer resources and learning to the allied people.
Work model
We currently have several working models. We have teams that have adopted the hybrid model, face-to-face and even 100% remote. Our technology team, for example, works on the “remote-first” model, which means that we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar’s offices in São Paulo and Campinas or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.
