Hiring Process Steps

Our hiring process lasts approximately 30 days. The steps on the side may change order or, in some cases, may not be necessary. Our team will always guide you by email.

Step 1 – Application & Screening

Your process starts here! After your application, we will evaluate your resume to understand if you have the desired profile for the position.

Step 2 – Online Test

Online Test consists of a challenge that is sent to you with a deadline. After that, it may be requested that you present us your solutions.

Step 3 – Interview with People team

Recruiters from the People team will hold a conversation with you to know you better and understand if you have cultural fit.

Step 4 – Interview with Hiring Manager

In this step, everything that was raised in the previous interviews is confirmed. We’ll also talk to you about the last details regarding the opportunity and the team you are applying to.

Step 5 – Interview with stakeholder

This is the last stage of the interview process.The objective is to ensure that we are hiring the right people for the job. And because of that, this conversation will happen with someone that’s not part of the team you’re applying to.

Step 6 – Offer

Congratulations, you’ve been approved! Then the People team will contact you for more information about documentation and benefits.
